The RentKeeper app is not yet available. When it launches, separate subscription terms will apply to it and will be shown to you before you sign up.

The free tools and guidance

The Renters’ Rights checker, calculators and any guidance on this website are general information for private landlords in England. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they don’t take account of your individual circumstances.

We check our guidance against official sources and show when it was last checked, but the law and government guidance change. You are responsible for checking how the rules apply to you and, where needed, getting advice from a solicitor, accountant or landlord association before acting.

The savings calculator gives estimates based on the assumptions shown on the page. It is not a promise of any particular result.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn’t create a contract or guarantee you a place, a price or a launch date. Any founding-member price will be confirmed to you before you sign up for the app, and plans, prices and features shown on this website may change before launch.

Using the website

You must not misuse the website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, submitting false or other people’s details, sending automated or bulk submissions, or doing anything that could damage or disrupt it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, illustrations, logos and design — belongs to Kerbside Systems Ltd or is used with permission. You may view and print it for your own use, but you may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission. RentKeeper and the RentKeeper logo are our trading name and branding.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as GOV.UK, for further information. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

We provide this website and its free tools as they are, and we don’t guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its free tools.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
